Equinor Bacalhau & Woodside Sangomar• Coordinated a strategy for product management which aimed to reduce cost, accelerate delivery,improve resilience of our supply chain and maintain position at the forefront of the SURF equipmentmarket.• Drove in-line structures module for product development.• Communicated with senior stakeholders on a regular basis to define and iterate approach.• Defined and built a Work & Product Breakdown Structure (WBS/PBS) as per ISO 21511 to modulariseand standardise deliverables, activities and components of in-line structures.• Interfaced with global disciplines and senior management impacted by inline-structures to understandthe most important lessons learnt and takeaways relevant to them.• Analysed Cost of Loss (COL) cases to understand where the product team should focus.• Recognised key drivers and constraints in the design of inline-structures by liaising with differentregions and teams on their requirements.• Understood in-line structure business improvements going on in different regions and how these couldbe used to positively benefit our strategy.• Hosted workshops to define a robust strategy moving forward for in-line structures.

BP Manuel EPCI• Managed the design and manufacture of the brand new and highly innovative Dual Flowline Connector (DFC) Package which aimed to reduce cost to project ($1 million).• Presented regular updates to client including hosting multiple design reviews• Interfaced with multinational disciplines and suppliers.• Produced various technical scopes of work for supplier support.• Originated key documentation and drawings for effective and safe, manufacture and operation of DFC.• Managed coordination of fabrication and on-site testing at Glasgow PDC & Vigra Spoolbase.• Award gained for performance in the delivery of scope, both safely and on time.• Developed tooling to assist and streamline offshore activities.

Various Projects (15+ inc. BP, Total & Marathon)• Managed on-site scopes of work to completion, analysing piping systems and machinery, presentingfindings and solutions direct to client.• Proven HSEQ knowledge from working on hydrocarbon live sites. Trained in the permit to work system,regularly conducting risk assessments and toolbox talks.• Drove a Created CTR’s (Cost, Time, Resource) for project bids, evaluating the requirements of each task.• Originated technical reports and presentations direct to client.• Presented the topic of subsea vibration to over 100 personnel across offices UK wide as part of theTechnical Time Out (TTO) initiative.

During this summer placement I worked in the Pipelines Department, my work included:• Creating a dead leg register for multiple assets by analysing P&ID's, isometric drawings and reports.• Creating IAA’s (Inspection Anomaly Assessment) and Credo reports by analysing topsides/subsea inspection reports (GVI/GI/UT/RAD/CVI/Creaform), providing details of the pipeline, findings, historical assessment, trending, analysis and recommendations.• Carrying out damage trending of three assets to assess whether vibration due to spanning was causing the increase in field joint damage. A technical note on this information was then created.• Helping other members of the team with general admin when needed
