I (Dr. sc. ETH Zurich) worked in the chemical laboratory for Siemens Transformers in Austria during my master studies. After a scientific exchange in Syracuse, NY, I successfully finished the PhD in Material Science / Chemistry at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. Afterwards, I joined Alstom (Switzerland), working in the field of water-cooled generators, specifically in consulting and performing chemical cleanings on stator cooling water systems as part of the Cuproplex team. Additionally I was a project manager for R&D projects in the field of water cooled generators. In 2013, I co-founded SvoBaTech to provide independent technical solutions for water -cooled generators. My main work areas are supporting our customers with problems related to the water-cooling as well as developing and commissioning new products related to water-cooled generators (e.g. StatorGuard).
