Develop and deliver training for Manual handling, Fire and site specific inductions throughout the UK.Manage and control contractors and their work activities within the UK premises and ensure business is compliant to the contractor requirements including CDM projects. Audit and monitor contractors to ensure their activities are compliant, and are delivered safely.Provide specific hands-on advice and guidance to employees involved in activities involving Health and Safety considerations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with relevant auditing and investigative bodies including HSE, Local Authorities, IOSH, industry experts and professional agencies.Manage safety communication platforms and online safety systems.
