I manage and develop informational and instructional materials for Human Resources at OU. This includes technical training for our recruiting platform, job aids for developing positions and hiring employees, informational video, and other needs as they come. The work is varied: I've delivered instruction in person, via webinar, and through written materials.I also mentor interns and student employees, guiding them through learning HR tasks and culture.My other responsibilities include managing a training classroom in our office, serving as a point of contact for a variety of learning opportunities, and advising other teams on educational and technical best practices.

As a Curriculum Developer, I served alongside a training coordinator embedded with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. I developed basic and advanced learning courses with a focus on case initiation and applications of the Affordable Care Act. I also served within the office conducting research and participating in professional development, working on teams to develop internal processes, and as a member of the Employee Recognition Committee planning and carrying out office events. I developed our office's first onboarding program for curriculum developers.
