Maintain and write evacuation procedures, post orders, and security/safety procedures to be used at corporate locations.

Provide training, leadership and management for the Officers working at Lowe's Corporate Headquarters. Complete scheduling and payroll on a weekly basis. Conduct interviews and assessments of potential employees. Make sure all policy and procedures were followed and understood for the Security Company as well as the client. Write reports and reviews for the client for activity tracking accountability. Assist the Corporate Security Management with any special event planning and coverage. Handle all Human Resource related issues and disciplinary issues for the Security company. Attend weekly and monthly meetings for both the client and the Security company. Conduct and/or assign security related inspections throughout the Clients campus, consisting of 5000-6000 daily employees/visitors, 400 acres of land, 2 million square feet of office space. Run Fire Drill and Emergency evacuation procedures as mandated by local/state requirements.

Maintain and repair 14 buildings owned and operated by College. Responsible for fire and safety related equipment and inspections by state and local authorities.Plumbing, construction, painting, HVAC, and minor electrical work.

FBI Terrorist leads post 9/11, and Terrorist related investigations in New York State and surrounding areas. Assigned to N.Y.P.D. Intelligence Division at N.Y./N.J., H.I.D.T.A.. Additional training at NYPD/Secret Service Dignitary and Executive Protection to cover events such as Presidential visits, large professional sports events, United Nations General Assembly, and foreign heads of state visiting New York. Conducted numerous cases and search warrants (dynamic entry team training). Worked plainclothes and uniform patrol in the 26th Precinct in Manhattan.
