This also includes preparation of written responses to e-mail inquiries received through SBA's disaster customer service mailbox. Internal facing assignments include agent monitoring and providing feedback to promote positive customer interaction and encourage agent professional growth. Additional feedback provided in part by conducting live customer quality survey polls targeting recent customer service interactions. Answer Desk Associate - Duties included researching and responding to customer inquiries using various computer systems and software package. Also provided general information to the public regarding SBA guides for starting and managing businesses, loan programs, government contracting programs and registration requirements as well as availability of local and regional resources.
