• Maintain the validated state and keep equipment and processes in compliance.
• Owner and responsible for QC equipment at sites in Brazil, 2xUSA, Ireland, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Sweden.
• Secure coordination/collaboration with stakeholders in the device area within Novo Nordisk and at pre-filled device sites globally.

• Leading a team of Operators and one Quality Supporter.Key responsibilities:
• Ensured timely QC control of approx. 70 different plastic and metal components according to stakeholder priorities and available resources.
• Ensures daily dialogue and collaboration with other professionals and technicians regarding technical issues and project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to match their needs, if necessary, convince others with the second agenda that they must accept new workflows and practices, to support QC.

• Second in Command for 75 employees. Detailed planning of training courses and working hours for up to 12 months ahead.

• Logistics and equipment responsible for the entire company, which includes weapons, ammunition, vehicles, and utilities, as well as weekly logistics meetings with mechanics and supply personnel.
