Drafted and established a Medicaid pooled master trust. Continue to represent and advise PLAN, a California charity, on all aspects of administration of the pooled trust. Worked with California's state Medicaid Plan, the Department of Health Care Services to allow persons aged 65 and over, to join the trust without a transfer penalty.

Served as General Counsel of a Charter School, grades K through 6, which was the first school in the nation to provide services to a student body, over one quarter of which were special education students with Individual Educational Programs.

One year of employment was funded by a grant from the Department of Rehabilitation.
