I allocate apparel to Nike Factory Stores across North America. My role as an Allocation Analyst is to recognize trends and strategically get the right product, in the right stores at the right time in the appropriate sizes and quantities. I worked in the Launch and Change department which dealt primary with setup of new supply channels. When a new design was implemented, truck parts needed to be sourced, priced and scheduled to ensure accurate delivery of parts to each truck plant. I worked with cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, transportation and legal to make sure deadlines were set and achieved.
