I love improvement in all shapes and forms; both in my personal life and in the teams I work with professionally.My journey started in the mid-90s as a trainer in various systems, some cots, some customized. During my first months I got intrigued that we found so many software bugs during training. Why was this?Since then I have gradually built up my expertise, and worked with everything from developing simple programs to testing complex systems, and have gained experience from a wide range of industries.I really love my job is when I get the opportunity to work as a business analyst and add my testing experience to the role. I believe that, since the best requirements are the ones that are tested early. If ambiguities are found at a requirement stage they can be mitigated before they cause any problems. I believe in collaboration and coaching and I am very happy at work when the team I am in work towards a common goal with a clear objective. In that I pride myself in delivering good results and enjoying each day on its own merit.
