• Direct management responsibility for the West/Southeast markets O/U500 Proposal Strategist Team • Consultatively coach RFP Strategists who specialize in crafting RFP's depicting Cigna’s value proposition, market strategies, and sales objectives• Directly cultivate critical relationships with sales partners and other matrix specialists• Responsible for development of new and existing staff through effective coaching and performance assessment• Drive change and influence internal and external matrix partners through collaborative, transparent, and accurate communication and messaging

• Direct management responsibility for one of two Proposal Writer Teams within Proposal Management • Direct supervisory responsibilities include staff development, performance assessment and management, and enforcement of CIGNA policies• Responsible for ensuring team meets all standards for quality, strategy and timing in responding to proposal questions• Responsible for ensuring the proper content is available in our Proposal Libraries; works closely with Proposal Management Technology team to ensure new content from SME organizations is included in library and accurate• Responsible for the development and maintenance of various subject matter relationships throughout the organization to ensure strong partnership in support of content and timing needs of RFP process; specific areas of focus include: Service Operations, CIGNA Product Information, Quality, Providers, and Mental Health• Lead project work for enhancement to the RFP process, specifically as it pertains to the intake, distribution and coordination of information from SMEs for use in RFPs

National Group Underwriting - Private Exchange Marketplace• Responsible for medical rate development on new and existing fully insured clients• Responsible for rate development at the account level on a multi-carrier exchange model for accounts with 5,000+ lives• Partner with internal exchange business leads and underwriter leads to serve as a subject matter expert on multiple exchanges across segments• Develop strategic recommendations and financial consultation related to market competition• Contributed to development of rating tools and processes for the multi-carrier exchange model
