• I was working within telesales for the British Gas campaign. This at the start of my tenure was outbound cold calling to acquire new business.
• After regularly hitting targets over a sustained period, I was entrusted with managing key accounts for British Gas. This included national organisations with various locations in order to ensure we retain their.
• One account that I acquired from a competing supplier brought in over 500 locations all needing energy supplied. This was one of the biggest account switches on the campaign at the time.
• Whilst also doing this I did prospect new business within my pipeline by continuing the outbound calling.

• Working on inbound telesales for current customers in the TalkTalk campaign. Within a short stint of my time here I regularly exceeded targets set.
• These targets included selling various products/packages for customer renewals including TV, Broadband and SIM packages. These were structured individually and in order to achieve the overall target each KPI had to be.

• Working on outbound telemarketing for national surveys and studies. I had this job during university on a 0-hour contract which was beneficial due to flexibility.
• As the job was shift based each shift had an individual target. Each shift consisted of a 3.5 hour block. I regularly exceeded targets in completing studies with the general population.
