Also home to the original turnberry condos .We basically custom furnished luxury condos for as the owners that were referred to as “snowbird’s “. Every component was custom made, most projects ended up being full turn key units. We would initially supply all necessary drawings of the custom furnishings & material boards to show case all the finishes and all the upholstery fabrics selected. Along with any wall materials being used.then we’d receive the keys and signed the contract receive theappropriate monies required.Would keep the clients fully updated & when completed meet them at their new residence return the keys.do a final assessment. Make arrangements to have any corrections completed. From there I entered into a partnership with a custom furniture manufacturer,expanding my portfolio to include interior design in many Caribbean countries & many us states .taking many homes from the ground up& many home renovations .
