trainee assistant site manager at CCG Scotland ltd. Last project with CCG was to deliver 178 units of private and social housing on behalf of Sanctury housing.Over the course of my employment I have had the chance to grow as a young professional and have been able to apply myself to many different roles. Over the course of the 4 ccg projects I’ve became heavily involved with different trades, managing housing internals and sequencing the programmes to suit. General duties for me on site include dealing with the workforce, site welfare, complaints, traffic, material storage, general site logistics as well as sitting in on site meetings and dealing with clients and problems. Day to day consists of checking work for accuracy against drawings and specification, health and safety awareness, problem solving, maintaining site appearance and managing the site to the programme of works. This includes coordinating with subcontractors to ensure that the project runs on time, on budget and to the correct specification. Organising the installation and removal of temporary works i.e. power, plant and coordinating scaffolding in advance of requirement. Ensuring material call offs at the correct times, installation and adaptation of security for the site and various other tasks. I can and have had experience running sites for small durations and can carry out the duties of a site manager when called upon.

Worked with different tradesmen on a number of jobs from roofing, joinery painting and decorating , plumbing, ground works, using heavy plant, drainage, scaffolding and brick/blockwork
