Managed Fort Hood's Installation Sustainment Automation Support Management Office. Employed and maintained the Very Small Aperture Terminal of the Satellite Communications Network, ensuring the supply chain management structure of Fort Hood and tenet units had the capability to deploy and re-deploy Brigade Combat Team sustainment assets, utilizing various technologies for logistical support of a wide array of contingency operations. Integrated Battle Command Support and Sustainment System (BCS3) into an Expeditionary Sustainment Command's oversight of Installation Support Plans for LSOC West Organizations. Implemented and maintained a digital library for operational and training purposes across III Corps, Fort Hood, and tenet units conducting global operations in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. Acted as Liaison for the Support Operations Officer, 13th Sustainment Command and subordinate units, ensuring networked capabilities were available and secured for various training exercises in support of the aforementioned contingency operations. Served as manager of the customer support and response team for sustainment automations across III Corps and Fort Hood, ensuring systems' availability and integrity met with regulatory guidance through the proper maintenance of unit maintained equipment and positively affected through the proper training of unit clerks in the administering of their daily tasks lists.

Directly supervised 15 personnel in daily tasks list execution, including the morale, welfare and recreation program – recognized with the Army Achievement Medal. Advised the Battalion Commander and Command Sergeant Major regarding the procurement of business process improvement assets. Oversaw the development of standard operating procedures in the deployment of field operations centers, recognized with the Army Achievement Medal. Built and maintained a collaborative tracking mechanism for organizational unit movements and operations. Developed templates for daily, weekly and monthly executive briefs utilizing Microsoft Office suites. Assisted senior management with the development of programs of instruction for organization wide operational initiatives. Instructed over 1,000 Observer/Trainers resulting in increased efficiency of field training for over 20 Brigade Combat Teams heading to global contingency operations. Accounted for $400,000 in communications, information and tactical systems resulting in zero losses during tenure

Served as machine gunner and Weapons Squad leader up to and including Operation Iraqi Freedom "2.5." As a fire team leader, was responsible for the health, morale, and welfare of a four man team during training, deployments and personal time. Serving as an Infantry Squad Leader, I managed the training, development and welfare of a nine man squad within an Airborne Infantry Platoon. Received numerous awards for actions on the battlefield, actions in training, and leadership accomplishments as a young Non-Commissioned Officer. Lived by the total team mindset, acknowledging all superiors, peers and subordinates in any and all successes that I was fortunate to have.
