Developed a sales team of seven employees across a multi-state area within the Mid-South, specializing in business development, revenue and margin generation, and new business acquisition. Additionally responsible for parts & supplies, retail, residential new construction, and market share growth. Entered the Nashville District upon its creation in fourth quarter 2015. In five years, built out a $33MM district sales office with the highest gross profit dollars as a percentage of sales in the Southeast Region (17.73%). Transformed a perennially struggling geography into a winning district through consistent leadership, team-building, and customer focus. Led the Southeast in new customer acquisition in 2019, finishing seventh out of 32 districts in North America, generating $4.2MM in absolute new customer dollars (116.7% to plan). Guided my team in securing multi-year new business partnerships, including a residential national account. Mentored individual team members for greater leadership roles and recognition, which led them to several of the company's top awards. Created business plans with the Store Operations team to increase the number of Nashville District distribution locations from three locations in 2015 to a total of seven in 2020. Worked cross functionally to create a pattern of excellence within the South Central Stores Zone, resulting in several top awards for store zone performance nationally. Led all North American Districts in new customer tracking (214% to plan) and gross profit dollars (100.1% to plan) through first quarter 2020.
