Developed segmented markets for channel partners and created marketing collateral supporting multiple new product introductions. This work resulted in a unified marketing plan to dealers and end-users. Presented strategic product initiatives to thousands of HVAC dealers nationally through dealer meetings, product showcases, and Lennox's marketing campaign, the Pursuit of Perfect Air. These insights increased dealers' understanding of company product benefits relative to competitors, and helped dealers market those products effectively to consumers.
