I joined the Emirates School Establishment in 2016 and made an immediate impact by leveraging early career experience that spanned the United Kingdom, Colombia, and most recently the position of Lead Teacher within the Ministry of Education Shamal School in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.In this role, I coached teachers and heads of departments within RAK, Ajman, Sharjah and UAQ sectors to drive performance of assigned schools.
