Navigation officer charged with safe navigation and operation of 110’ forward deployed Coast Guard Cutter. Led 10 at sea boardings of various allied country vessels bolstering international relationships in an unstable region.

Senior law enforcement officer and law enforcement liaison, inspecting 300+ vessels for federal safety compliance. Managed relationships with multiple government agencies and local law enforcement. Provided training, which resulted in the qualification of 13 boat crew members, 5 Boat captains, 15 law enforcement officers, and 4 operations managers. Managed the Rescue and Survival safety gear for 42 personnel and 4 boats while maintaining inspection-ready status for audits.
