Hi, my name is Thomas Brown and I am a recent graduate of Rutgers Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Business Analytics & Information Technology and a certificate in Global Business. I desire to leverage my expertise in finance and data analysis to make a positive impact on the world. With a strong passion for uncovering hidden patterns and insights within numerical data, I am particularly drawn to the intersection of data analytics and finance. The intricacies of these industries offer an ideal opportunity to continuously expand my knowledge and expertise, and I am eager to contribute my skills to a team that values innovation and data-driven decision making. Recently, I started a new position at Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) as an Analyst. I've learned how to analyze and evaluate executive compensation programs amongst various industries. Prior to working at CAP, I was a Senior Counselor at Fanwood Recreation and managed a team of 10 counselors and about 30 children. At Rutgers, I also served as a Project Co-Lead of the Substance Abuse Project in Enactus, a social entrepreneurship organization, learning how to solve societal issues whilst changing lives around the country. Additionally, I am proficient in Microsoft Office, programming languages such as Python, R Studio, and SQL, and have a Bloomberg BMC Certification. With a desire to continuously learn and grow, I am excited to make meaningful contributions to any team or organization that values both creativity and critical thinking.
