I upskilled the team technically to gain an in-depth knowledge of SAS, VBA and Python and our back-end data model to allow proactive analytical efficiency increases in the work thatwe performed for said client saving approx. 200 man hours per month.I am a subject matter expert in SAP analytics within the industry space and the go-to for process analytics, having a vast experience in creating process analytics (PTP Anomalies, Procurement Fraud Analytics, Inventory Analytics) and delivering said analytics interactively and visually across a range of data visualisation platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)Experience in Managing multiple stakeholders across several different business units across the organisation in cross-service line analytics engagements, being the point of contact from a technical expertise standpoint and delivering accurate and complete work in a timely manner whilst dealing with rapidly changing priorities and managing a team of 10+ juniors beneath me.Heavily involved in recruitment for the team, interviewing new candidates and being the point-of-contact for new joiners in Belfast, assisting with onboarding queries and making them feel as comfortable as possible during their first few months on the job - helping to develop my soft-skillsfurther.
