Starting in the restaurant industry as a host, quickly moved up in the ranks from host to server. From server to to-go specialist, then to a trainer. Receiving awards and accolades for customer service, for going above and beyond for guests to enhance their dining experience. In 2015 I was displayed on the Olive Garden facebook for exemplary service and guest connection. Experienced in running teams, started a youth ministry for jr high and high school students at my local church. Grew our team from 3 leaders to 15 leaders. Focused on elevated the people around me and growing people. Watched the youth group thrive from only a hand full young people to 40-50 in a matter of a year. On the side, helped manage a Dog Boarding Facility. Helped hire and train employees that are now managing the facility today. Ran meetings on expectations and growth in personal and professional ways. After years of focusing on personal development, I started a podcast called "Sometimes Daily", focused on what I referred to as "Lighthearted Leadership". Showing the audience that life and experiences can be used to make us better. To laugh at things, and not take things too seriously. After a year, the podcast was streamed over 10,000 times, in over 50 different countries with over 60 episodes available to download.
