As a customer service associate, I answer questions and implement resolutions regarding any issues that a customer is having with their loan.

I was involved with the University of Dayton's Center for Project Excellence. Through the center, I was assigned as a student analyst for the Moraine Country Club. The Board of Governors at MCC had me analyze their 2017 and 2019 membership satisfaction surveys and come up with positive and/or negative correlations between the two. Once I analyzed both reports, I inputted all of them into a professional document that I sent to the MCC's club manager, Michelle Williams. This was a very fast pace deadline since MCC needed my findings in both a final report and presentation for their yearly membership meeting.
