-Managing and mentoring a chapter portfolio of 33 separate groups-Responsible for monthly check-ins with chapter leadership to manage and direct positive movement within our organizational OKRs.-Managing a yearly budget of over $10,000.-Serving as a chapter coach on special topics such as leadership, chapter culture, financial management, and organizational accountability.-Serving as a direct point of contact to our campus-based partners across the 33 various campuses within my portfolio.-Responsible for assisting with directives including accounts receivable, annual giving, week of service initiatives, and Founders Day outreach and engagement.-Serving as a facilitator for leadership programs at least twice annually, both in-person and in virtual settings.

-Co-lead targeted expansion projects, each approximately 4-6 weeks long, with the mission of establishing founding member classes for new chapters of Delta Sigma Phi.-Created and co-managed an extensive social media campaign, with outreach to over 1,000 students.-Helped create and maintain key relationships with campus-based partners and other stakeholders.-Served as a liaison between campuses and the national office as a representative of the organization
