I work heavily through emails and on a program called MCR - (Merchant Content record). I am involved in reporting and auditing accounts making sure they are fully maximized with the latest deals and codes; these include such accounts as Debenhams, John Lewis and House of Fraser. I am responsible for writing account merchant descriptions, which are unique and must meet a character count limit. I create merchant accounts and collect tracking links from the affiliate networks. I am responsible for all content uploaded onto the vouchercloud app and ensure all offers are correct, working and is appealing to users. My current role involves• Working heavily on Email and Excel programs• Building rapports with account managers from affiliate networks • Auditing and uploading offers• Writing Merchant Descriptions• Creating accounts and using affiliate programs• Auto Serping accounts and helping with PPC • Uploading creative to the live site i.e. MPU, Hero, Feature, Gallery images• Creating logo’s for accounts• Assisting Brazil and Czech with any queries• Uploading all content for the app including branches and creative/images

Spirit has a high quality estate of over 750 Managed pubs and over 450 Leased pubs, a strong portfolio of brands, an experienced and motivated executive management team and is well positioned to exploit the growing UK eating out market. Our goal is to be the number one hospitality company in the UK.In this position it involved me serving guests food and drink. I had to lead the shift and manage a team of six or seven people ensuring that all guests were happy, food was going out correctly on time and staff moral was high and everything was running smoothly. I had to do a close down check of the pub and wacky warehouse and count the tills at the end of the night, bank the money in the safe and input it onto the system. I would have to have a vast knowledge of all drinks and food we served so that I got share my knowledge and appreciation with the guests and engage and build a rapport with them to make their experience a better one.This role involved• Dealing with customer issues and the tactful handling of intoxicated customers• The handling of money and closing down cash tills at end of trading• Responsible for stock take and quarterly stock counts• In charge of night and day shift staff• Serving customers• Attending food hygiene course• Providing training for staff• Setting up cleaning schedules• Putting together staffing rotas, holidays and covering sick leave

I attended basic training for the Royal Marines back in 2013. During my time there I went through the most gruelling physical and mental challenges. I underwent speed marches, physical training 7 days a week. And underwent wet and dry routine which involved wading into freezing water and getting into warm kit and swapping between the two. Although my time there was relatively short, it changed me as a person and showed me how much you can achieve with hard work, grit and determination. It taught me a life lesson that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Not to mention the horrifying memories which I look back at with fondness.It is to this date my greatest achievement to get as far as I did in the worlds elite.
