Cut discord & created a cohesive team facilitating mission execution & enabling 8,700 airstrikes against ISIS in Syria. ♦ Led campaign organizing 10 disparate working groups soliciting inputs from stakeholders. Planned/ developed/executed 73 projects valued at $2M improving quality of life for 5,000 employees in 6 months. ♦ Developed strategic plan for organization’s $11B nuclear surety mission. Oversaw the resourcing & material support of 1,100 firefighters and 20 firefighting aircraft preventing the loss of $11B in critical space launch resources over a 10-day campaign. ♦ Implemented wholesale employee evaluation program change employing streamlined & continuous communication with stakeholders.
