Our GCM (Geriatric Care Manager) program addresses issues that affect those who are middle age (45-65) and senior age (66 and older). We believe aging parents and loved ones need extra special care and above all no one should be left home alone to fend for themselves when they reach their elder years. Our primary objective is to provide the solution about advantages that exist in society and provide senior life management care in order to enhance quality of life. We address problems, concerns and needs of the aging and provide resources, referrals and services to the elderly. From assessment of needs to advice on available resources, our well-trained care manager can help individuals to remain as independent as possible, to live in one's home with assistance, or to assess other living arrangements such as supportive housing or assisted living facilities Aging Support Solutions aims to develop and disseminate education and information in order to instill knowledge and understanding of the real nature of aging as well as provide professional pre or post retirement life counseling (non-financial).Specialties: By way of providing compassionate support and managing the lives of the frail and weak, those who are alone and disorganized or those who need even limited guidance, Geritric Care Manager Tom Caleca and his associates make life easier, healthier and happier for others. He has interfaced with hospice and received accumulative training in working with dementia patients and performing assessments and evaluations. He is an effective leader with towering ethical spirit.
