Manages the operations of the Dean's Office by serving as the liaison between the Office of Academic Affairs Shared Business Services, Student Academic Excellence HR shared services team, and other OSU offices and contingencies, Serve as the procurement card (p-card) manager for the Graduate School to manage all associated purchases that occur on the p-card and ensure that all necessary documentation is in order for requisition and expensing in line with OSU procurement and business policies. Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for graduate school staff in accordance with university travel and procurement policies.Maintain minutes for all internal Graduate School meetings organized by the Vice Provost and Dean, including monthly staff meeting, bi-weekly operations meeting, bi-weekly Deans and Directors meeting and monthly Graduate Council meetings. Coordinates and facilitates all aspects of Graduate School events and awards, including the annual Graduate School Awards Ceremony, quarterly A-Dean's luncheon, welcome receptions for new staff members, and others as needed by Graduate School staff.Collaborate with Graduate School leaders and staff to assist in special projects to support the Graduate School operations and administration, including travel for the Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP), coordination of student grievance hearings, hiring logistics, onboarding efforts, communication regarding graduate faculty representatives for student exams, and other projects as needed.

Facilitate and manage the review process for graduate curricular revisions, graduate proposal developments, and inquiries for Ohio State’s 240+ graduate programs. Manages and supports the Graduate School and the Council on Academic Affairs (GS/CAA) subcommittee for program review through maintenance of excel tracking log for graduate program proposals, prepare/submits graduate proposals to CAA for university approval, reviews/approves graduate course proposals for Graduate School compliance via the university’s online curriculum system; Assists with the management of day-to-day administrative activities associated with annual fellowship competitions. Drafts fellowship program announcements, competition, and workshop materials. Prepares materials for faculty review committees and assists with committee requests as needed; Collects and posts award committee scores/evaluations to the relevant program database; Assists with preparation and distribution of electronic fellowship award notification letters and tracking of college-allocated and reallocated fellowship awards; Serves as the first point of contact for Graduate School Fellowship Services and Curriculum Services, including routinely responding to inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external agencies and providing general Graduate School and university information and directing individuals to the appropriate staff member or other offices on campus. Assists with the management of administrative tasks associated with graduate learning outcomes assessment. Coordinates & facilitates all aspects of Graduate School Events and Awards, including the Graduate School Awards Ceremony, Faculty Review Luncheon, Fellowship Services Open House, Fellowship Services Workshop, and others as assigned.

Worked closely with the Dean and Executive Assistant of the Seminary to maintain the annual operating budget. Served as housing coordinator, organizing linen, keys, meals, billing, and arrival/departure logistics for prospective students, current students, alumni, and guests of the Seminary.Updated and maintained copy and promotions for TLS events with the most relevant and up-to-date content year-round. Increased visibility through campus platforms and marketing to engage the university community in attending chapel, faith-based learning/engagement, and other TLS events.
