• Supported the editorial staff across Commodity Insights worldwide offices (Europe, Americas, and Asia) using editorial systems to produce price assessments, market news and commentaries for Commodity Insights real-time services and publications. • Led discussions and technical implementation of methodology changes for Benchmark price assessments. • Worked with price reporters, observing how they use workflows, Price Assessment platforms & templates and suggesting areas of improvements to increase productivity and data quality • Creative solutions sought for new workflows for emerging markets in collaboration with editorial leadership • Liaised with local Benchmark price Assessment leadership to understand upcoming markets and projects and plan with rest of the editorial operations team to ensure we launched these markets in a timely and smooth fashion. • Worked closely with local price reporters to gather requirements, perform analysis, write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for benchmark methodology and non-methodology projects. • Managed backlogs through Azure DevOps resolving issues with quality and delivery with the development team • Effectively communicated with stakeholders for smooth project execution and facilitation of the Scrum team and related processes. • Worked with the development team to design and develop and QA the solutions to meet the business requirements and ensure that workflows are designed as per need of price reporters. • Worked on data lineage, performed data mapping to identify data gaps and work with business users to source the additional information required. • Led ‘User Acceptance testing’ with Price Reporters and supported UAT activities by providing insights on test cases and data to test the new changes. • Evaluated changes to provide feedback loop to accommodate future requirements / changes in business process and solicit stakeholders’ feedback on delivery to identify areas of improvement.
