Future Anti-Surface Guided Weapon (Light) (FASGW(L)) Launcher Work Package ManagerResponsible for:- producing and agreeing the FASGW(L) Programme Statement of Work with the UK MoD Customer,- defining and scheduling the Launcher Work Packages- delivering the development hardware and software associated with the FASGW(L) launcher,- delivering the production hardware and software,- managing the risks and actions associated with the FASGW(L) Launcher Work Packages.

My role required me to manage the System Effectiveness Work Package for the Future Anti-Surface Guided Weapon Integration Programme. With System Performance being a key driver, I had extensive interaction with the customer and was required to define system requirements, determine system compliance and provide evidence in order to gain acceptance. From a technical perspective I produced and managed detailed mathematical models used to predict the system performance of the Lightweight Multi-Role Missile (LMM) against the FASGW(L) Target Set. This included completing the Lethality Analysis and System Effectiveness Studies against the FASGW(L) target set.
