As an Intern, I supported the DIR Office of the Chief Information Security Officer by actively engaging in critical areas. My responsibilities spanned Governance, Risk, and Compliance activities, where I meticulously map controls to information security standards and regulations. Additionally, I enhanced risk assessment functions and provided essential policy guidance. Furthermore, I played a vital role in the operations and continuous improvement of the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP).
