Managed all aspects of the restaurant's purchases, sales and a 40 person front and back of the house staff on a daily basis.

Managed the restoration and rebranding of an established local restaurant. Continued to manage all operations and day to day processes in a full-service restaurant/tavern. Doubled sales from$600k to $1.2mil in 2 years, expanded menus and implemented consistent training for all service and management positions.
