Responsible for promoting Sysco's products and services in a large geographic territory with an average of over $5M in sales utilizing the partnership selling process. Consistently helping customers succeed while developing new business, penetrating accounts and minimizing lost business while achieving profit goals.

Managed, operational planning and design of a large BBQ restaurant as a second location to Lake of the Ozarks Restaurant. Staffed and managed restaurant through opening year. Created and initiated training and service staff operational manuals and procedures. Consistently met and managed financial goals reaching $2.8 million in the first year and increasing by 5% each year after. Managed all aspects of the restaurant's purchases, sales and a 40 person front and back of the house staff on a daily basis.

Managed the restoration and rebranding of an established local restaurant. Continued to manage all operations and day to day processes in a full-service restaurant/tavern. Doubled sales from$600k to $1.2mil in 2 years, expanded menus and implemented consistent training for all service and management positions.
