Bring It On Limited was founded as a charity to reduce the skills gap within engineering by inspiring young people at grassroot level.The outreach is centred around an annual engineering event covering the whole of the North East England region, which has the support of STEM, national, regional and educational organisations. The event showcases North East Engineering to young people with the objective of Educating them about the engineering activities which take place in the North East of England, Inspiring them to want to be a part of it and Informing them about what they need to do to become so.Founded and co-delivered an annual two day event in Sunderland which attracted over 2,500 primary and secondary school children, teachers and over 80 North East England engineering businesses, bringing together multiple engineering institutions to collaborate under the "North East Community of Professional Engineers' banner.Collaborated with partners, negotiated with suppliers ,secured high-profile speakers, provided business networking and student recruitment opportunities to increase the educational value of the event.

In 2021 the company was voted as the best small business within the franchise network. Annual turnover rose to over £1 million with profitability over national average.Led a successful approach to the sourcing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to support safe care during the Covid-19 pandemic, taking an international approach to source PPE directly.
