I love the product management sector where your visualisations and decisions inevitably impact not just the product but the users enjoyment and experience whilst using said products. In order to get this right (as much as possible..) Data, Data and yes Data! We are the data world now and companies that do not and have not realised this yet, fall behind.At buddyboss I specialise in developing Wordpress and React Native solutions in social learning, communities and membership sectors which helps our customers find their solutions for successful business modals and tools where data is at the core.I do this by overseeing;A design team where we work together to produce new innovative ideas.Scoping said ideas we come up with to ready stories for our development teams.An architect team for both web and app that not only scope and architect out our awesome ideas but look to the future to manage our technical debt.Web scrum team where I build sprints based on stakeholder needs and requirements.React Native scrum where again I build based on stakeholder needs.A separate project based team that are dedicated to a larger longer term development project.Once all this is done and I have completed my regular 1-2–1’s with the Leads and Scrum masters of my teams….I sometimes have time for a coffee!---On another note i also utilise this knowledge in my own application as the Founder and Creative Director at MeetupMoto.com platform and app.My passion is travel and my goal is freedom! What better way to hunt that down than through Colorado and Arizona on the back of an Indian or a Harley Davidson!
