manage the production line to achieve monthly target with good quality

- Control production to achieve daily output following the production schedule.- Support maintenance (solve technical issue).- Responsible with safety and “5S” in work station. - Make report to production supervisor about the production statue (yield rate, problem and take action for quality issue, machine break down etc)- Control manpower (presence, training, etc)- Verifying and checking all check sheet and control sheet.- Associated with the planner about urgent model/products and organize the finished products to be shipped (control shipment). - Doing improvement to minimaze working loss in work station and increase the output.- Make production schedule following business plan and sales market demand.- Comprehensive database management and migration to Oracle.
