Leaving academia to become an industrial researcher was a challenging transition but probably the most rewarding career choice I’ve made. This move allowed me to take theory and research to the next level where I could actually develop and influence next generation insect management tools and strategies. These efforts sustainably benefit small and large farmers throughout the world.Working in agriculture the past 25+ years, I continue to feel blessed with the opportunity to develop partnerships and deliver the most advanced and sustainable solutions for our most important partners (the farming community).
