Issuing work instructions to other officers and employees, making radio announcement to all employees via two-way radio network. Responsible for keeping, storing, and sending records of any and all incidents, activities, and events to the proper departments throughout the year, maintain order and issuing instructions in emergency situations including calling EMS and issuing routes for emergency vehicles.

Setting up training areas with computers, projectors and desk layout. Media and Audio setup for conferences and seminars.
