Ensuring employee and public safety throughout the park including reporting any and all safety issues to supervisors and Park Operations department. Issuing work instructions to other officers and employees, making radio announcement to all employees via two-way radio network. Responsible for keeping, storing, and sending records of any and all incidents, activities, and events to the proper departments throughout the year, maintain order and issuing instructions in emergency situations including calling EMS and issuing routes for emergency vehicles.

Responsible for the development of training material for new employees and contractors. Ensuring that all training manuals for the company are legible and up-to-date according to Five Brothers and Bank regulations. Developing PowerPoint Presentations for the trainers and trainees. Setting up training areas with computers, projectors and desk layout. Media and Audio setup for conferences and seminars.

Service and repair client workstations and equipment, assist with basic network troubleshooting, network security and password management.
