I have now set up a Consultancy firm to support Subcontractors working for Tier 1 Contractors to ensure risks are managed and profits are maximised.TMC Consultancy provide services to Take-Off / Estimate / Commercially Manage / Programme / for Subcontractors working in the Civil Engineering Industry. We work closely with our clients to work in a way that fits their business which gives flexibility and we pride ourselves on our long standing partnerships with our clients. We don't just charge for staff full time, we work on a time charge basis and only charge for the time you need our services. We have experienced QS's and Programmers that have worked for Tier 1 Contractors so know how to manage risks that are passed to the Subcontractors to ensure profits are retained by our clients. We are also keen to bring on the next generation of Construction Professionals and have a number of Graduates and an Apprentice within the business that are learning and supporting the Senior members of the team.
