My responsibilities are to lead, manage and motivate a high performance team of sales staff with the aptitude to deliver high quality customer service and sales targets to ensure revenue goals are achieved. I plan and manage resource availability and work schedules to meet day to day demand in order to achieve agreed measurable service standards and targets. I currently manage a book of business over €7million in revenue and must maximise retention of policies and optimise sales opportunities to continue to deliver profitable growth.

• Liase with credit unions and other affinity businesses.• Facilitate clinics to generate business leads to contribute to profitable growth.• Compile and ensure that generated leads are actioned on appropriately.• Co-ordinate marketing activities in conjunction with the marketing department.• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.• Prioritise my workload in order to deliver on objectives and tight deadlines.• Organise and communicate with the relevant departments to ensure organised events and wage inserts are completed on time.
