I was responsible for servicing and administering assigned accounts in a fiduciary capacity in accordance with account agreements, terms of legal documents, trust policy, state fiduciary statutes, banking regulations, and federal/state laws. The types of accounts serviced include, but are not limited to non-discretionary and discretionary agency accounts, directed and discretionary IRAs, guardianships/conservatorships and various types of trusts including revocable, irrevocable, irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILIT), supplemental needs, testamentary; and estate settlement accounts.

• Manage the "Immersion" program, which guides new prospective partners through the process of joining the Cleinman Network• Improve and innovate the CRM database, by prospecting incomplete records and providing• Supporting lead generation for Marketing and Sales departments• Perform follow-up communication to bounced and unsent emails from the CRM database• Coordinate with the Marketing department to keep manage and update Cleinman’s social media accounts• Responsible for reviewing the e-marketing system and sending all e-marketing communications and e-mail campaigns• Liaise between sales and marketing teams, providing logistical and communication support on behalf of Immersion guests and membership sales process• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to sponsors• Track and report monthly Amazon book sales including prospecting and follow-up sales communication• Launch initial phase on new partner on-boarding process to close out Immersion profiles• Enter, update, and maintain ACT! database profiles and registrations for Cleinman partners• Work with Solutions and Sales team to create engagement letters for all Consulting Clients update and track in the CRM database (ACT! Opportunities)• Provide administrative project support and education to various departments relating to the CRM database as needed

Performs clerical duties including typing formal letters, memos and reports for the lenders, loan officers, and loan personnel. Answers telephones and relays calls and messages.Completes loan forms, RESPA documents, loan renewal documents, loan draws, and other loan processes necessary for all types of loans, e.g., commercial, real estate/mortgage, secondary market, and consumer.Orders appraisals, title and legal work, title insurance, surveys, and flood certifications on all new loans.Prepares and reviews loan packages before they are sent to the Loan Operations department.Develops client relationships through phone calls, letters, and personal contact.

Travel to established businesses to pick up daily large deposits and deliver receipts and loan documents.Organize and maintain a detailed log of items received and delivered.Serve as a customer friendly ambassador and business liaison for Traditional Bank and relay any customer questions or comments to the appropriate personnel.Deliver confidential correspondence as well as supplies to other branches as requested.Train and supervise new couriers for the routes of the Lexington market, including Georgetown, Nicholasville, and Richmond.
