To perform key quality activities to support all departments, ensuring compliance with the QMS and ensuring that quality standards and business needs are met.Work within the quality management systems at Bolton to maximise quality and efficiency and ensure compliance with current regulations for all medicinal products managed/packed by the facilityProvide Immediate support to Production for any queries, ensuring quick resolution, whilst maintaining quality standards. Coordinate, write, approve and manage to completion all records on Global TrackWise®, including Complaints, Deviations, CAPAs and Change Controls etc. Coordinate Rapid Response meetings to ensure proper root cause analysis, prompt responses/resolution and ongoing data evaluation to ensure any emerging trends are acted on. Manage the implementation of any new Global TrackWise® workflow and provide necessary training to all personnel who require access, including refresher training, as required. Act as a Global TrackWise® Administrator for the site, providing immediate support for any issues and granting access to new users, following the required training Coordinate, write, approve and manage to completion all Data Changes, on Global TrackWise®, complete assigned Data Change tasks and trend data to identify repeat incidents to highlight process gaps and improvements. Attend the daily site management SQDC to triage any new Events, Deviations or Complaints. Obtain metrics for existing records and deliver to site to ensure all records are completed prior to their due date. Provide JDE support to the site including release of samples, expiry updates, kit reclassification and item reclasses etc Generate or assist in the generation, review or approval of Standard Operating Procedures Participate in and manage the fortnightly Walk Around Audit process to ensure continued cGMP compliance of all activities within Production, Storage & Distribution and Print Room.
