Psychologist at Mind Matters Therapy.I take a holistic approach to treatment planning and adapt evidence-based psychological interventions to consider each client’s unique background, preferences, and goals. I utilise Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy interventions, and am also trained in relaxation techniques. I focuses on meeting the needs of each client to help them achieve personal growth and improve their quality of life.I graduated with a Master of Professional Psychology and Master of Clinical Psychology with distinction from the University of Southern Queensland and currently hold a professional membership with AHPRA. I received first class honours when graduating with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours) from the University of Queensland. I have a background in youth and adolescent psychology, NDIS supported individuals, and experience with administering and interpreting psychological assessment.
