His interests and expertise cover Energy Security at large and National Statecraft Strategic Problematic. After completing his degree in Computer Science, Thomas worked as a volunteer for Oxfam in Burkina Faso. During his undergrad in political sciences, he was one of the three students selected all over Quebec by the “Ministère des relations internationals du Québec” to participate to “The Washington Center” to carry out an internship at “the Institute of World Politics” in Washington DC. There, he conducted a research on the ongoing Arabian Revolutions. As a civic engagement, he lobbied at Congress. He has just completed his master at the University of Sherbrooke where he has written a thesis on the conceptualization of Energy Security. He completed an internship in Washington DC for the Quebec Government Office in Washington, as a diplomat. He founded and organized the "seminar for Master's Students in applied political science". He currently works for the OSR (Observatory on Radicalization and Violent Extremism) as a researcher.
