Oversee all aspects of the companies 3PL outsourcing warehousing and distribution functions for five distribution centers in the USA and Canada. Responsibilities include Inventory procurement for North and South America from various vendors worldwide

Coordinate all purchasing functions with various vendors in Asia, Mexico and the USA including price negotiations and lead time reductions for just in time inventory.

Responsible for procurement of all items from Maxell de Mexico and all overseas outsource vendors. Monitor sales vs. forecast and change production demand to reduce potential backorders and/or overstocks accordingly.

Directed pricing for commercial, major account, contractual bid and government.

Managed centralized customer service, order entry and billing operations. Responsible for equipment rental and lease adminstration activities.

Oversee the administration and operation activities of the sales function. Responsible for developing sales processes, calculating sales commissions, providing pricing and quotes for sales personnel, and analyzing product performance and other sales metrics. Managed forecasting, sales force automation, and contract compliance and negotiation.
