Operationalized Air Force Cyber Defense Teams by developing of a threat-centric, intelligence-led approach methodology which has proven highly effective in identifying cybersecurity vulnerabilities and neutralizing threats posed by nation-state cyber actors.DELIVERED RESULTS:- Managed a large enterprise encompassing multiple cyber defense teams. Spearheaded U.S. initiatives overseeing defensive Hunt and Clear operations in foreign partner nations to safeguard the integrity of the 2020 elections. - Directed a massive enterprise-wide defensive Task Force operation comprising over 500 cyber operators, marking the most extensive defensive Cyber Hunt campaign in Department of Defense (DoD) history. Acknowledged as the pioneering defensive cyber task force to seamlessly integrate threat intelligence, data analytics, and operational planning.- Modernized Air Combat Command's multimillion-dollar defensive cyber operations system, advocating for the adoption of a scaled agile framework. This initiative resulted in the successful delivery of the first system that underwent operational testing and gained approval, effectively meeting cyber operator demands.- Developed a comprehensive training program tailored to safeguard cloud and ICS/SCADA environments. Spearheaded the Air Force's inaugural defensive threat detection operations within the US Transportation Command's cloud infrastructure.- Protected critical multibillion-dollar infrastructure, ensuring the continuous operation of vital systems such as early missile warning and other essential components crucial to national defense. Successfully implemented defensive cyber capabilities in alignment with White House directives.
