Throughout the time I have at the City of Minneapolis, Bridge Department, I perform duties such as Field inspector:• Verify material is certified and meets MNDOT specifications• Complete IRAs, daily journals • I communicate between contractors and Engineers, to assure quality workmanship• File documents in ProjectWise Work with Lab personnel to assure proper tests are performed: • Proctor and gradations• Concrete test• Density test; DCPs and Sand cones

Throughout the time I have at the City of Minneapolis Lab, I performed many duties such as• Chief Field inspector• Concrete test, Created concrete reports• Density test; DCPs, Sand cones and Nuke• Ran asphalt test in the Lab• Worked with Lab personnel to maintain, inspect and calibrated equipment• Pipe inspections for proper sewer installations, bedding and backfill• Performed Proctors and Gradations on all soils where Applicable• Completed IRAs, daily journals • verified material was certified and met MNDOT specifications• Soil corrections tolerance of dirt and rock grade.

Cedar lake bike trail, Bridge Dept. August-September 2010 - 2 months experience3. Huron Blvd. sewer project Summer 2011 - 2 months experience 4. 25th and Granary Pond Summer 2011 - 6 months experience 5. Riverside (phase II) cedar to 23rd Summer 2012 - 8 months experience 6. Hiawatha Golf Course Winter 2013 - 2 months experienceOn these jobs my duties included, but not limited to:• I communicated between contractors and Engineers, to assure quality workmanship. • I verified material was certified and met MNDOT specifications. • I trained contract workers and student interns to help with the following: IRAs, daily journals on a daily basis & kept weekly diaries, (PCOs and working days charged). • I’ve written up Change orders and Supplemental Agreements under the guidance/direction of Larry Matsumoto P.E.
