Sr. Grants Resource Coordinator
CurrentAs Sr. Grants Resource Coordinator, my key current responsibility is management of the City of Minneapolis' annual Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) formula funding from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This includes leading the City's competitive HOPWA Request for Proposal (RFP) process in collaboration with the Resource Coordination Manager, working with awarded agencies to maximize program efficacy, contributing to the City's annual Consolidated Plan and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), and conducting program monitoring.Other current projects include enterprise-wide tracking of grant-derived funding approved by City Council, assisting individual City departments navigate the federal funding process in pursuit of funding opportunities well suited for community need through Grants.gov and the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), participation in the City's Inflation Reduction Act/Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IRA/IIJA) Working Group, and participation in the MN HIV Housing Coalition, which brings together stakeholders to optimize housing resources and related service delivery throughout the state.
