Tom was born and raised on a dairy farm in Delaware County. After completing college, were he received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, he entered the US Army serving his country in Vietnam. At the conclusion of his military service, he returned to college and received his MBA (Masters in Business Administration).Having more than thirty five years of success in sophisticated technological corporations and holding positions as Division Manager, Financial Manager, Director of Engineering and President of his own consulting business, Tom accepted an executive position with Delaware County’s Economic Development as business program coordinator. He now is an Engineering Executive with an aerodynamics electronics design and manufacturing company.Tom’s experience portfolio includes; providing the strategic vision and tactical leadership critical for build organizations value and improve administration efficiencies. He is characterized as a high-energy business and civic leader with astute creativity, innate organizing talents, and dynamic personal skills.In community service; Tom has served on many community committees and has been involved with the Boys Scouts of America and continues to serve as Vice President of Operations for the local Leatherstocking Council. Tom received from Delaware County the Adult Youth Dedication Award for service to community, church and area youth. He is a 26 year member of American Legion. In other service, Tom is an ordained minister and currently is the Pastor of the Second Reformed Church of Howes Cave NY.
