Role focused on all aspects related to the property transactions of GELF, ranging from underwriting to closing, thus including underwriting, deal analysis, portfolio impact assessment, due diligence review, and oversight on documentation and financials upon signing and closing.

Responsible for the sourcing and analysing data for internal and external reporting, budgeting, forecasting, property transactions, and capital initiatives (equity raises and debt initiatives)
