Since the Hurricanes of 2004-2005 Homeowners have seen a huge increase on there Insurance Policy.I am hired by the Homeowner to do inspections to find every possible credit to allow their Insurance company to put towards their savings. I have saved every Homeowner money on their inspections. Where else could you get a great return on the cost of the inspection of $100 and get an average of $400-$600 dollars in savings. Pretty good return.
