Account ManagementAccurately and efficiently prepares and assists with leasing paperwork (e.g., mortgage verifications, applications, lease agreements and addenda, credit checks and move-in packets). Collects and posts security deposits, rent and all other payments associated with prospects and resident move-ins. Makes daily bank deposits. Generates necessary reports from the property management system (MRI) to monitor resident status of outstanding transactions and ongoing activity including delinquencies. Contacts residents to collect past due balances. Serves and properly files lease violation letters if necessary.· Partners with the Central Business Group (CBG) to ensure accurate and efficient processing of all property operations on a monthly basis.· Processes invoices in the maintenance invoicing system. Ensures effective communication with maintenance staff regarding receipt of goods (ROG).· Oversees and monitors parking management and rental items in MRI.

Responsible for the daily sales and Renewal activity for a three person sales team. Managed renewal process for a 588 apartment community to maximize rental growth for the community.

Responsible for the Leasing process of apartment community. Completed all paperwork and required documents from application to Lease signing.
