Account ManagementAccurately and efficiently prepares and assists with leasing paperwork (e.g., mortgage verifications, applications, lease agreements and addenda, credit checks and move-in packets). Collects and posts security deposits, rent and all other payments associated with prospects and resident move-ins. Makes daily bank deposits. Generates necessary reports from the property management system (MRI) to monitor resident status of outstanding transactions and ongoing activity including delinquencies. Contacts residents to collect past due balances.
